Amazing how much more room there is when the a/c is gone. You shouldn't have to do much at all if anything to the front clip hopefully.
Even 8lb's of boost on that engine should very easily make 500 tuned.

Honestly I don't know........
I bought it....It has good internal parts.....don't know stroke or bore...
Made 355/359 to the tires on an 90 degree day....with no tuning....
I started out driving the fool out of it but in the last year I may have put 1500 miles on it.

Little More progress.....Just mocking things up now. Making sure it all fits well. I will be doing some grinding this weekend to the driverside Sway bar bracket.....and I am planning on changing up the intake pipe....I have an idea.............Will be running 42lb injectors a PMAS Blow through Meter, 255lph intake pump and maybe an external but again I am planning on keeping boost to 8-10lbs....

Got the drivers side header on....so its all on....and it fits pretty well...My Drivers side header did require me to grind on the sway bar frame. I hope it doesn't cause it to give much. Might need to do some type of welding back on it.
Put the injectors in, Working on some rerouting of wires. Got the cold side piping figured out just got to get a few couplings to make it work. Going to paint or try and polish out the little bit of alum pipe you see.
Well now time to take it all back off and put it together.

Okay doing the first Turbo...
Vaccum lines..
Can someone help me route all my Vac. lines.
All the ones on the intake? anyone have any diagrams? Can I delete the EGR Lines and the Little black Piece at the passenger side Firewall that runs Heat?
Does the intake need the Green line(example of a Vac line) coming from the Turbo?
If I run a Maneul Controller do I need to "T" off the Out line and hit bottom and top of the waste gate or just the top?
BOV? where does it go? Back of the intake? or somewhere else?

Green line not needed.
I've yet to get a great handle on my manual boost controller. Tried it a couple different ways. Right now it seems all the way off it makes 11-12 psi....SLIGHT adjustment it makes 15psi. Course it also matters what spring you have in the wastegate...they aren't always exactly what they say they will make.
Right now I just have the line off the turbo ran to the mbc...then to the bottom port on the wastegate. Top port open to the atmosphere.
I have ran it with the line off the turbo to the mbc then to the top of the wastegate. With the bottom port with a line ran to the vaccum tree on the intake. Seemed to work for a while like that then it didn't?
I got rid of all my egr stuff. Still have my heater control line so no help for you there.
I have my boost gauge off my vaccum tree on the firewall also I believe.
My bov line runs off the vaccum tree on the intake.

Right now I just have the line off the turbo ran to the mbc...then to the bottom port on the wastegate. Top port open to the atmosphere. I would think that I could just run from the Turbo to the Bottom of the waste gate and no MBC? and as you say...he says 8lb spring but who knows?

I have my boost gauge off my vaccum tree on the firewall also I believe. Be like I have then
My bov line runs off the vaccum tree on the intake. This would also be like I have it shown?
Thanks I wrote somethings in BOLD.....
I thought you might could help me...
Did you just get rid off all the little Brackets and everything from the EGR stuff on the passenger side strut tower? What did you do with the little black check valve on the firewall next to the top?

I would think it should be fine to just run the line straight to the bottom of the wastegate from the turbo. Should just be running off the spring...
I believe my heater control line is tied into the firewall vacuum tree. I'm at home 5 miles from the shop and can't go out and take a look,lol... Tried looking at some pics I have but not enough detail in that area.
I have the little 4 or so line connector that comes off all the egr solenoids taped over and not used. The check valve thing that has one line running through the firewall to the heater is still there along with the line that comes off the other side of it that heads down towards the egr solenoid things. I need to just take all that junk off and clean that area up. EGR is turned off in my tune.
That's correct about the bov.
