got pulled over by the cops in the stang

One of my tail light lenses fell off this morning and i haven't had the time to fix it. I pulled on to hwy 25 today and got on it a little bit and then turned onto a back road and looked in the rearview mirror and there was greenville county on my back door. He told me for one that i needed to fix the tail light and he said when i turned on to 25 i let the horses out (his exact words). He ran everything and it came back straight and told me that the car was beautiful and just to slow down. All in all he was a very cool cop and sent me on my way. It scared the heck out of me because i can't afford another ticket:thumbsup1::thumbsup1::thumbsup1::thumbsup1: :thumbsup1:

i hope there won't be no next one, i'm trying my best to keep my record clean so i can be a highway patrolman when i turn 21

good luck with that one.... gave any thought to going to school for a CJ degree?? SMC is a great school to go to for that... loved it there and my instructor was a wonderful man.. too bad he isnt there anymore :(

oh and it isnt just your driving record to keep clean... keep your credit in check... TOTAL BACKGROUND check ran for all CS positions

i was gonna go to tech when i graduate and take criminal justice and be a dispatcher until i turn 21 and then go to columbia for the police academy

sure do, i have a lot of buddies that are cops and they give me alot of advice i try my best to stay out of trouble and stay far away from drugs as possible

thats good but you know it isnt just drugs... think hard bout this... it is a very dangerous job and the pay isnt enuff for putting ur life on the line day in and day out....be 150% sure it is what you want to do in life....

me and my brother talk about this all the time, i would love to have a foxbody highway patrol car, in fact i day dream about it all the time

One thing I've learned driving my GT and the LX before it.......take it easy when the police are around, they won't hesitate pulling you over.....

Kelly is right. I was in it for 9 years. Its got to be something you want to do and not for the money. When you become LEO you will see who your friends are. The ture ones will stay around but the rest will only call ya when they need something. If that is what you want to do put your mind to it and it will come true

this exactly what i want to do, it's been a dream of mine for a long time, as for as money goes i already own some land i just need to have a house built or have a double wide put on it until i save for the house

I got my friend pulled over for having the seatbelt [on and fastened] on the side of my shoulder....luckily we didn't get a ticket either though

it is definitly something that you have to want 150% i have been at it for 12 years now and it has its good days and its bad days. all in all i love it though

My hat's off to all LEO's.. the good Lord knows I gave them a run for their money when i was young. If I had it to do over again, I would be one!!
