strong enough to with stand a 5.0 but the imput shafts are diff.

I ran one for about four months last year. Never had any trouble out of it. Ended up giving it to a buddy over at LKNspeed and he is now running it behind a flat head.

If you do decide to run it you will need a pilot bearing for an 85 four cyl diesel ranger.
