Quaker Steak & Lube Car/Truck Show total

Let me start by saying THANK YOU to all who made it out today. We had a wonderful day filled with family and friends, not to mention some really nice rides. It was great getting to meet some new people and spending the day with yall.

Now on to the good stuff. We raised a total of $539 today to go to Greenville Shriners Childrens Hospital. I think that is a great amount considering the quick throw together we did for this show. It is people like you and the non club members who came out today that make a difference to those in need. I can honestly say that I am PROUD to be part of this club and I only hope that we can continue to do things like this to show there are still those of us that do care.

The total amount of money raised was great. And for a good cause too. U cant beat that with a stick!!! Just like most of ya'll have said. I LOVE this club and it is a joy to be a part of such an organization!!!!

You are correct!!! Ray Ray (GM of QS&L) had such a great time today and really liked the club turn out we had, in support of this show, that he already said he whats to do another one, and was talking of offering prize money to the winners!! I told him SEFB would be happy to be a part of any car events that QS&L has in the future.

Now with that said and out of the way, I want to thank ALL of you that came out today, or told others to come out!!! Kelly beat me to the computer so she could be the first to thank everyone. But just seeing the club participation we had today made me proud that we started this club!!!
Each one of you should give yourself a pat on the back

And a Special Thanks to Arthur, Pat, my wife, Ashely and Elizabeth for all the help with registration and raffle ticket sales, along with KB and Chuck for taking pictures, as I didn't take hardly any.
