I know this is not a foxbody, but every piece of the drivetrain is. A couple of people that knew about this project wanted to see pics. This is my 27 touring T rat rod. it has the engine and trans out of a 90 mustang with ported E7 heads, and it is going to be blow thru twin turbo. we are at the beginning stages right now trying to put it in roller at DCR coustom rods in denton ,nc. I will update it as we go I hope to finish it in time for the myrtle beach rod show in march.

It is not over yet, you can still help. Right now my engine is laying upside down under it. I still got a ton to do,brake lines, driveshaft, steering, floor boards. etc. etc. etc. Maybe one day, oh yea still got to fab the motor mounts.

what all kind of parts are you looking for still, you using a j/y column ?

are you making the floors your self?

I think I am going to use a speedway column, and I plan on making the floors myself. The big hurdle I have is the motor mounts, and tranny mounts. Also another big one is getting all the pedals in and mounted with the limited space.

I am thinking of selling this, any offers or know what i should ask for it. I know what I got in it and I know I will not get it back. I just do not have the time to fix it, plus I do not fit in the rat rod life even though i love them. if anybody wants it make me an offer, trades to.

I got a few little things done, I am going to try to get cracking on this thing still got a ton of fab work to do. I got the right wheels and tires on now, and got the breather fabbed up just waiting on the right element to come in. I decided to 86 the twins it just was not working for me (the way it looks) they just do not fit the look I want. The breather is made of two old hub caps, I know that does not sound special but the top one is off my late grandfathers 40 Caddy La Salle. I want that right on top as the center piece so when I am driving it feels like he is with me. (sounds corny but true) I hope to get the motor tranny and radiator fabbed in the next week or two. here are a couple pics.
