ill have my block work done soon so i can order rings and what not by the way, whats the best amount to deck my block just a simple 306 running through my heads possibly gasket matching heads and intake and more than likely bigger cam.

me and my dad is gonna try to get the body work done this weekend and he works at a race engine shop where i tore my block down at so the can do the boring and stuff and he was discussing about decking the block with them and they usally do 800+ci bbf's for there adrl car and there really not sure how much to deck my block have any idea's man because my block's gonna get done in the next couple weeks got any suggestions or experience with this?
