I'm going to order these panels in the next week or so and before I did I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a group buy on them. I was going to see if we had a good response and if so when I called them I was going to see if they could give us a break if we bought a few of them. Check out the web site. Bets welding and sanding for the next month

I'd be down for a set of the third ones down also...I think that'll really clean up the engine bay when I put the modular in it...

I might be interested....Id really like to see some better pics though....I have always planned on just welding the holes because I don't want to see the edge of a panel where it meets the original fender.

The harness is running accross the rear firewall still,Under the ledge.
everything else is behind the fenders.

how bad of a job was that? Can you go into detail about the routing? Ive heard of guys rerouting them to below the pinch weld, but never on the K member....I like the idea of it, but I'd have to find a new spot to put my proportioning valve.

I purchased a new style brake tubing from napa.
You can twist it,Turn it,Turn it back,Twist it again,Make a circle,Twist it back straight = And it WILL NOT BREAK.
It made it easy to flow on the UPR K Member

just to throw this out there for anyone contemplating hiding the wires in the fenders and is a little intimidated by it, it is one of the easiest things ive done. Dont fear it! the results are well worth your time!
just make sure to take your time, look over everything ahead of time and no what your getting rid of and where you'll move stuff and do it!

the hump in the 3rd down is for tire clearence.... unless your going to keep it on a drag strip an run only 3" wide in the front.... YOU WANT THAT HUMP! :thumbsup1:

for what car?...you'll have something different by x-mas! :lol1:
i didnt buy any panels for mine... did it the ole fashion way.. i cut metal out of a junk hood an made what panels i needed an welded in 187 holes " no lie!" did the typical bodywork on everything.... pulled the dash....rewired the whole harness behind the dash an had to add a few feet to certain areas but nothing MAJOR hard, just a bit of a pain :yes1:
