Exhaust pipe welding?

Hey I was wondering what is the best way to get my exhaust pipes back on. I have dual flowmaster 40's but when I bought it the pipes had rusted off.

Is there one way that is better than another or should I jest take it to a shop?

It depends on what pipes you are talking about.i figure your talking about tail pipes.you can clap them of just take it to a shop if you don't own a welder
