Nov 8th Spartanburg (Masons Hot Rods) off of new cut road. This is the 5th annual show for TOYS FOR TOTS. The first year we had about 40 to 60 cars. last year around 300, also the most fox bodies ever (still not enough). I am the parking person http://s3.images.proboards.com/wink.gif
registration is TOYS (of course) they do not have judging (officially) or trophy's we normally have a live band, 50/50 drawing, the peach blossom club has a raffle and gives away a 65 or 66 coupe.
(mustang of course). door prizes and lunch. last year for you race car fans Cotton Owens, Bud Moore and David Pearson were there. To check out last years show and pics click on the links....

And remember to bring a NEW UN-WRAPPED TOY, this is the cost to get in.
We will meet up at Exit 17 on I-26
NC Crew: when you get off I-26 there is a McDonald's & gas station to your right, we will meet there.
SC Crew: exit 17 turn left cross over I-26 and meet up with NC members at McDonald's & gas station. From here it's only a mile or so to the show.

Talked to Masons the other day about the show. told him that S E F B was coming. he said that a Fox Body club call a couple of days before. and said that they were coming. Just wandering if it was some one from here ( not that it matters) or if its a different club. also gonna have a guy from Dent Pro there. removing dents and dings. at a discount.:thumbsup1:

I do believe that is a SA-10 - A limited edition 1993 Mustang intended to commemorate the 10th anniversary of Saleen with 10 cars, but only 9 were built (SA-10 93-0004 wasn't produced). The cars sported a black and yellow paint scheme, 3-piece stern wheels, Alcon brakes, Vortech Supercharger and 2 vehicles featured leather Recaro seats (#03 featured SSC-style FloFits). Not all the SA-10 Mustangs were built identically as the list of performance engine options and interior options available to customers was extensive. Unusual marketing placed the SA-10s on a first-come, first-serve basis to the Saleen Owners and Enthusiasts Club (SOEC) members.:thumbsup1:

Yeap, SA-10 that's what I meant. I was thinking the SSC 93 Saleen. That is an ultra rare car indeed. I saw one in Cali years ago. I'd go just to see that thing. Wonder if he wants to sell it. He He. right!

I just left Mason's. I will be there for this event. I stopped in looking for some parts. He has all kinda goodies. I like the red 96-up Saleen he has for sale.

Went by Mason's yesterday to get some flyers and picked out our (SEFB)
spot. One of the things about going to the show other than it's for a good cause is they open up their buildings of their cars that you don't see on the web site. all look like the rolled off the show room floor this is just to name a few Thunder Bolts, Boss 351, 5 or 6 Shelbys, k codes ,89 ssc 750miles on the clock, 39 and 40 fords with 93 cobra motors in them , 67 fairlanes with 427's, 57 fords one with 427SHOC Holman Moody I've got a disc from one of the shows i'll try to post some pics. Some real rare cars from the 30's to the 80's. :thumbsup1:

I'll be there with a foxbody car, but it won't be a mustang. Got a little surprise for you boys. I was @ mustang week with the virgin 92' White GT...awesome cruise @ the beach btw. Had a blast. Was the first mustang week I attended.

Had a great time today ya'll. Was great to see old friends and meet some new ones. There was some wonderful rides out there and the b-b-que was great!!! Kelly got to meet Cotton Ownes, and Bud Moore. Her Grand daddy used to build engines and race cars with them, so it was a sad but wonderful meeting.
I got around 300 pictures to look over and upload after I cook supper and we eat.

This show is definetly on my MUST list for next year. That turn out is crazy especially for a novemeber show. Our local toys for tots show is next weekend but it won't be anything like this.

I had to work yesterday (witch was good)I got off at 3P and went out there. I got there about 3:25 and everyone was leaving. I still got to see a lot of great cars. I wish I could have gotten there sooner,But now days if OT is offered you take it and be glad to get it. I didn't take any pics because I didn't have my camera with me. I sure Bones took enough for both of us.

I wanted to thank everybody for coming out. we had a great turn out. wish i had got to talk to everyone more. i couldn't believe how early some of the cars came in. go ahead and make plans for next year about the same time it's normaly the weekend near Veteran's day:patriot:. also i talked to Jerry this morning i'll post it on the for sale but the SSC is for sale the white one that Shane took the dent out of the door 750 miles on it #140
