99-04 Light Bar install help

Does any body know how to install or were to get a light bar installed in a 99-04 vert? Im about to buy one for my brothers cobra (i think they guy is a member on here, but im not sure) he is paying for the bar it self, but i figured i would give him a early x-mas present and install it my self, or just pay to have it installed, my buddy took his car to a local body shop and they did his, but he said he wont ever do another one. So....... does any body know????

you have to cut and drill the rear panels.also tap the brake light wiring.not hard to do

**** i forgot about the wiring......geez that sucks..... I hope this bar im getting has instrutions with it. lol
