PASSTIME in Commerce Sat

We'll Paul made it on the PASSTIME show on Sat there was only a few stangs there- a lot of Mopars, Novas, etc. It was a blast though- we hung out with the guys from Seneca and had so much fun- Paul finally got to make his pass at 11:30 Sat night we sat in staging from 11 AM till 11 PM- no lie it kept raining then they'd dry the track- then it would rain and filming was so slow.......... he had glamor shots, head shots, inside car shots, it was so funny!!!!!! The 3 questions they asked Paul were Do you run Nitrous? he said yea I was but with the dew falling on the track and the rain I am running on motor- Do you grudge race was his next question- he said depends on my mood- they laughed- then asked what kind of motor- he said 306 cast iron heads stock seats, stock K-member STREET CAR!!!!!!!!!!
It was great- I have a couple of shots from it!!!!!!!! Only bad thing I fell off the truck and sprained my ankle and bruised my ribs, and spine!!!! Paul brought some of his kids from school they loved it!!! And I got to ride with the Drag race high producer on his golf cart!!!! ROBIN :p

from what i hear they taped 6 shows friday night, and 6 shows saturday. talk about a cheap show to produce.

They were scheduled to tape 10 episodes, 5 on Friday and 5 on Sat- but Friday got rained out and they only taped 2 so we taped 8 episodes on Sat- and we had rain outs like every hour........ they staff was extremely nice like I said even giving me a ride after I crashed my foot!! It was a really cool experience- I've been to both and Paul has raced both Pinks and PassTime and we liked PassTime a lot better- they people were just nicer- production crew and all- track was prepped great and they cleaned up any spills and worked hard- at PINKS they did not prep well or clean up spills properly- just my preference- to me Passtime is to show your car off- Pinks they just want you to blow it up.............. ROBIN :p

Yea..... My foot is cashed!!!! And I laugh all the time and I can't my ribs hurt......... It was not funny everyone laughing at me.............. they all offered to drive my car at the track next Friday......... I don't have a clutch............ I can manage!!LOL But I did get special attention from the producers! LOL ROBIN

No, they taped more shows on saturday. Rain showers on friday postponed those tapings till saturday. We sat in staging with the car from 11:00 am til 11:30 pm when we finally made a pass. They filmed at least 8 episodes that day, and there were over 100 cars both days that made up the 10 episodes.
