I want to sell this F**KING CAR!!!!!I am so pissed off today. Before going to work,my mom asks me if I have checked the anti-freeze in the car and I said, no why?, well my radiator has apparently been leaking. I have no idea where this stupid leak is coming from, the car is not running hot, as a matter a fact, it's running cold. I thought it was the reservoir, but when I look on the driver side of the radiator, when I look under that side of the radiator there is anti freeze sitting on the rubber radiator mount, and apparently that's where its coming from.I have had this radiator for 9-10 months, not even a year, and I have had more problems with it than with my old one, this is just ridiculous.

I know your pain bro. I just had to put a new one in our daughters 92GT last weekend. Seems the old one was leaking between the weld at the jug:angry:

What makes this even worse is that, this happens to me every time i want to do something else to my car.I'm about 50% done to getting my suspension in,and now I have to spend some money on this I hate this.

It would be an easy fix if I knew where it was leaking,I feel like taking the radiator out completely and checking but I dont feel like draining it.

Alex, did you buy the radiator new, if so, did it come with a warranty? You might want to pressure check the system, to see exactly were it's leaking from.

That sucks that you have a coolant leak, but you do need to pressure check it and make sure where it is leaking from. Also if you purchased new, most come with a warranty, perhaps you might get lucky and be able to replace it and just have it cost your time and not $$$. Most important you need to catch and fix it now before it cost you more $$$$ if you overheat it and it causes more problems. Here is to hoping it's under warranty and a quick fix for ya!

I just took a look at the radiator in a more in depth way and where I saw the radiator leaking at first there is a small puddle only on that part of the radiator and the clamp on the hose also has anti-freeze around it,is that enough to know what it could be???

I got it at a place called Lazaro Radiators in hialeah,fl.I will call tomorrow to see what is up with the warranty and if there is one.

Ask if one of the guys down close to you has a pressure tester, if not you can rent one from autozone. All you do, is put it in place of the radiator cap, and pump pressure into the system. It will show you exactly where the leak is coming from?
Is this the same hose/area, you were having a problem with last month?

Same exact area.I changed the hose, and everything was fine.I really hope I don't have to change another hose lmao.

So, it's leaking where the hose goes on the radiator then? I wonder if the fitting on the aluminum radiator has something sharp cutting the hose, that might need taken care of? You are making sure the hose clamp is 100% over the fitting on the radiator?
If you need a new hose, I have both an upper and lower in the garage.:thumbsup1:

I am 100% positive the hose is sitting in the correct place. Here is the thing, the hose was leaking from the water pump the last time.

What I already posted above.:yes1: Just don't take it over 16lbs of pressure.
