door dings? how to fix?

ok beside going to a body shop what is the easiest "do it yourself" way to remove door dings? I have a small ding on the passenger side and a small one with paint scrape on driver side? the bigger one is maybe the size of a penny.

I have heard of using dry ice and it is available to me threw work since we do all the oxygen systems on aircraft and cry stuff.

If you dot want to paint it try a local paintless dent removal company. Its not hard to pop it out, but I think its easier to see it done than try to explain it.

well who ever dinged my door did a nice job as it scuffed the paint pretty good. so eventually it will need to be painted but I think if you pop the ding out it will be less noticable. I just doubt that here in the sticks they will have any dentless paint removal people.

if there is a used or new car dealership in your area, there is a paintless dent removal company or person.
