View Full Version : Its Back on the Ground....Really....

Well its back on the Ground.........really on the ground...I need to Raise the Struts up its Hard as Crap to turn.

I NEED HELP WITH:

1) Easiest way to raise the car in the front with Coilovers..Just lube the Coilover and turn it with muscle? Up I suppose I have it all the way on the bottom now.

2) Would two Spacers on the bottom of the MM CC plates be okay and one on top. Thats my Plans

3) Need some Cheap longer studs

4) Whats the easiest way to set up the CC plates to get it to an alingment shop?

I ended up not getting the Drop Spindles so I am using 2 spacers that equal almost 1/2" in the front to clear the coilover spring. Its not what I want but I wanted to set it down. I will need some longer studs for sure. Pictures suck I know. Rear is MM weight Jacker Control arms. I hope to get it back out on the road soon. Just need to work on it somemore.....

looks nice! i just jacked the car up and adjusted the coil overs till they sat where i wanted. should be a set screw in them.

i didnt know anyone made sn95 drop spindles. but i kinda want a set.

oh yes....racecraft has a set....

I bought some from the same guy who had all this stuff on his car. But for what ever reason they didn't make it...got lost in the mail.....

I'm looking into buying a new set...but at $500 its tough....

That thing looks great. I kinda like the aluma stars better but the ccw look great to.

nice looking car know you must be pretty picky with it cause u first person i ever seen level there couch in the garage lol. note i see the level sitting on the couch arm.

Yea...I assume they are lost....I hate it....I filed my Paypal cliam this week. I should get a refund. Snice he can't prove I recieved them. We will see. The guy I got them from was a really nice guy. Just hate it for both of us..

by the way...I love the Alumstars they are going no where, but back on when the mood hits....
