I think my water pump mite be going out

my car been gettin up to the hot side latey. checked the antifreeze, has i new thermostat, a new temp sensor thing so i guess its the water pump.
By the time i left work and got home it was all the wat hot and its only like 5 miles away

If you drove home without stopping, it sounds like the t stat is stuck shut,

Did you test the thermostat, before putting it in?

It's always a good thing to check them out with a pot of water on the stove. And make sure it is opening up correctly.
