well my 90 has laid down on me....i appears that my electric fan shorted out causing my car to overheat and messing up my water pump or thats where its leaking f rom..hope that is the only thing that is wrong with her....

sorry to hear it, i had the same thing happen to me but it was a head gasket

well i dont know if i am out of the woods yet but when i add water it appears to be coming out in between the gasket and where the bolts go in....so i hope i havent done any more damage

if it had a blew head gasket check and see if white color smoke comes out of the pipes, smell the smoke and see if it smells sour, and check and see if you have water in your oil

well i have already checked my oil and its fine no trace of antifreeze that i can tell so maybe i have gotten lucky for once in my life..

How hot did it get? Stock or arftermarket gauge?

stock guage it only made it just past halfway unless my guage wasnt working properly but it had been working right....

Doesn't sound like it got to hot. The water pump is a cheap and easy change. Depending on what fan you have, you might be able to just change the fan motor, and not the whole assembly. I would start there and see what happens.

be sure you pressure test the coolant system.....This will show any leaks,that may have come from overheating

Water Pump gaskets and also Timing Cover Gaskets blow out all the time. Just kind of odd that your Fan not working caused damage to a Water Pump. They don't get damaged from Pressure unless you have a very inexpensive pump in the car and it damaged the bearing causing it to get past the weep hole.
