Found this and couldn't resist. The Wife will probably kill me, but that's a pretty fair price since I've seen other's going for around $80.

Nice addition.:thumbsup1: GMP's are bringing good money, but haven't seen a Welly bring anywhere near $80 yet.

Yeah, as long as you are happy that is all that matters. I don't believe you have seen a Welly go for $80 though. A GMP maybe.

Yeah.....Thanks for pointing that out fella's. I see what y'all mean. I never really looked at who made them, just the car it's self. I don't know a lot about brands, just collect what I like at the time. Kinda sucks now that I think about it. I thought it would eventually be worth something. Oh well!

First rule in collecting diecast, never assume it will go up in price, pay what your willing to for a certain piece and be happy.
I have plenty of Nascar diecast sitting in the warehouse, I couldn't give away anymore, that use to bring big money. Should have sold it long ago, but oh well, thats life.

Nice! Never seen the red and white one's. One thing I noticed about the one I got is that it has that double wing deal on the hatch and I've seen other's without it. Would that have been an option if buying the real thing back in the day?

All the SVO's had that double spoiler in the back.
Here is GMP's version of the 86 SVO.

Nice! I remember seeing one a year or so back at a place near Lacanster, S.C. I believe. It looked like it just came off the show room floor. He also had about 5 other near perfect Fox's (including a trooper coupe) on his lot. I believe the building had Broker or something on it. The place was closed at the time, but I got a good look at them and even got some pic's that I'll have to find and upload. Anbody fimiliar with this place?

Here's one without the double wing. Can these be considered error's?

Didn't know that the don't make other's:sad1: Could this be part of the reason the other's are so highly priced?
