4R70W-500
First level of performance at SPT is the 4R70W-500. We consider it an improved alternative to stock replacement. It is fully rebuilt using F7 or newer cores we have available. Each unit is fully inspected for wear, all gaskets/seals are replaced with quality new pieces, and final clearances adjusted for performance use.

- Updated accumulators w/custom spring combinations
- Mechanical Diode w/improved snapring

4R70W-700 BEST SELLER!!
This is our most popular 4R build. This trans utilizes a 300M input shaft and built to dish as much power as Ford factory parts can handle reliably. It is fully rebuilt using F7 or newer cores we have available. Each unit is fully inspected for wear, all gaskets/seals are replaced with quality new pieces, and final clearances adjusted for performance use. This trans retains the use of Lockup control however is not suggested for use past 700ft/lbs with exception of cruising in 4th. Contact me for details.

4R70W-950 ARMAGEDON
We consider the 4R the greatest 4 speed OD trans available for its size in history. The ARMAGEDON 4R is built to prove it. This trans is designed around the fact that lockup is not feasible past 700-800ft/lbs. The TCC and converter have too much inertia in this power range and wreak havoc on input shafts and drums. At this time I only offer this trans built with typical input shaft design, however working on a solid one piece design utilized in our AOD-950.
You can call it a glorified AOD if you wish, but fits MOD motors. Like the AOD-950, this trans utilizes special machining and hardening process on the drums and other internal components to increase reliability in high HP and TQ applications. We take out all the stops for this trans. It is fully rebuilt using F7 or newer cores we have available. Each unit is fully inspected for wear, all gaskets/seals are replaced with quality new pieces, and final clearances adjusted for performance use.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Silverfox Performance Transmission warrants that all of its products are free from defects in material and workmanship, to the original purchaser for as long as you own the product. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase. This limited warranty shall only cover the original purchaser.
THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY ON THE FOLLOWING:
a. Any product that has been physically altered, improperly installed or maintained.
b. Any product used in an improper application, abused or not used in connection with the proper parts, accident, contamination, electrical overload, improper wiring, etc.
c. Any product that is defective due to accident, neglect or unauthorized repair.
d. Any product where proper cooling and/or fluid levels have not been maintained.
There is no implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. SPT’s obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of its products. There are no warranties that extend beyond the description on the face of this warranty. I will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages, property damage or personal damages to the extent permitted by law.
This warranty is subject to the following at its discretion: rebuilding of transmissions will be limited to replacement of all friction materials, gaskets and seals. There will be an additional charge for parts that are damaged as a result of items not covered by this warranty. I am not liable for any other costs or damages as a result of items covered by this warranty.
Please note that all transmissions must be operated with a transmission cooling system that is in addition to the stock radiator-type cooler.
It is the responsibility of the installer to ensure that all of the components are correct before installation. Proper assembly always requires that the installer measure all tolerances for proper clearances. We assume no liability for any errors made in component selection or installation.
Valve bodies are NOT TESTED and may be subject to influences that are out of SPT’s control. Though this is a rare case, please understand SPT will do anything in my power to supply you with 100% satisfaction.
SPT will accept unopened or unused returns at my discretion. There will be a 15% restocking fee on in stock items , custom built or ordered items are non refundable. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable.

Im putting a 4R70W with a manual valve body and trans brake in my car soon, im pretty excited to see how it turns out! Anyone else using one?

Have one in my 89 vert. Works well I just to get a tighter converter.
