Painting the pumpkin!!!

Well i have decided to paint the pumpkin. Need some ideas on colors. I was wanting to do a two tone but was not sure what colors to do. I like the black and silver idea. The engine bay is going to be done gloss black here in a few days.

i'm def not a fan of orange but its diff and it does look kinda cool. have you thought about maybe staying orange but a diff shade? i think its called competition orange? that would look great.

I am not a fan of orange. I would like something diffrant but with a nice shine do not really like flat colors. Any ideas? I like the ice blue on the new Z06's but i don't think that would look right. Always wanted black and silver. If i do the two tone what color pin stripe would you guys use in the middle?

+1. Comp orange off the 03-04 Cobra would look good.

If you're gonna "2 Tone" it (and you're wantin' e/o's imput), w/ever 2 colors you use, use the LIGHT color on top, and your DARKER color on the bottom for it to look right.

I saw a light blue fox the other day that looked awesome. I'd go with that.

Comp. Orange would not be bad if it was one color. Two tone or just one color?

Comp orange with a white or cream top.

i prefer a sold color all matched up like the special edition verts.


if you are set on a 2 tone. the comp orange and a cream type white would def eb diff and prob an interesting color combo.

you could go from the pumpkin to the cream sickle, mmmmm cream sicle

Also what hood would you guys go with? I was thinking a nice three inch or 4 inch cowl hood.
