i am going to pick up a c4 with a 5.0 bell on it this weekend its for the b/b i have in storage so im 1 step closer now i need a b/b bell for it maby a ultra bell im going to drop it off to my trans guy here and let him build it for me u got to love craigs list

i thought that they(b/b c4s) came in cars i figured i would have to find 1 in a truck cause they r hard to find still in cars ,theres not a lot of the older cars round here most of them r robed before they put them in the junk yards but for 75.00 i jumped on it

a c-4 should be ok as long as ur not putting to much power to it!!! on my big block capri im running a c-6!!!

yes i have a c6 but its is heavy and takes up hp so ill be shooting for 500 hp in the next project witch is a 429 i have a guy that will be able to build it so it can handle the hp he built my turbo 350 and it lasted 14 years till i put noz on it and forgot to check the fluid before i hit the button my 70 gmc full size truck went 9 sec in the 1/8 then i fragmented 1 of the pistons ,im looking for a 85 coupe for a full on pro street tubed ass kikr :bat:

yeah man thats sound nice!!! my c-6 was free from dad and so is the rebuild kit so that swayed me just to use it!!! one day my capri will be tubbed!

a c-6 behind a bb is the way to go other than a power glide.theres a reason nobody uses a c-6 behind a sbf.it robs alot of power.

hehehe i have 1 of each now c4 c6 and a alum case glide i thought about the glide but i plan to drive it on the street a lot and didnt want to gear it to death
