looking to make a coffee table like the one on top gear. I live in a 3rd floor apartment and i dont want to deal with lugging and moving a cast iron block. would love to find a junk aluminum v8 to do this with. 4 connecting rods and pistons wouldnt hurt. open to about anything.

would love a mod motor or ls1, but open.

With scrap metal prices being what they are that might be tough to get.

I like the idea andy. :thumbsup1: also another thing you could do to complete the top gear styling is the bench seat couch and bucket seat chair :thumbsup1: if i had my own place i think i would have to do this too

When I get my garage/shop built, that's my plan of action!

I plan on rear seat deleting the RHS and having its back seat recovered then fab it into couch/love seat!

Still looking for an aluminum block? If so I have a good bare 4.6 and some piston tops to go with it.
