Found a guy selling a Paxton sn92 for $950 with all brackets to mount on my car. Comes with a boost gauge and 32lb injectors as well. Not very knowledgeable on it other then its old as crap and uses ball bearings. I know it doesnt handle much boost which is perfect since it's basically my daily driver. The price seems a little high but any advice on this supercharger? Just don't want to drop that much money on something that might not be worth it.

Considering if you keep an eye out you could find a Vortech for maybe $400-500 more I wouldn't. The ball drive Paxtons are very old school and not very efficient.
I'd dare say I rather have a Powerdyne than one of those. Of course it's a whole different ball game when you're talking a Paxton Novi unit. They are excellent.

Thanks I was a little skeptical considering its out dated design. maybe I should just be patient and turbo it like I've always wanted.

I would wait, save up, and but an on3 kit. They aren't that much more and you seem more interested in going the turbo route anyway.

I have had several SN Paxton blowers they are ok for a DD or just a fun car. They make 5-8 PSI I just sold a very nice SN93 for $500.00
