Posting from CL:

2000 RC51 "RVT 1000R"
Mileage: 12,023
Has never been dropped, frequently maintained, always garage kept & has never seen rain before! Awesome bike and excellent condition. Oil, air filter, & spark plugs have just been changed within the last 300 miles. Also have a brand new set of $600 Pirelli's that haven't been used that I am throwing in. Currently the tires on the bike are fairly good and are Dunlop track tires "very sticky" :]

This is a SP1 bike that has been upgraded to an SP2 racing edition. I have lots of RC51 parts that I have accumulated from riding over the last few years. RC51 EXTRA parts included: levers, stock exhaust, sprockets, chains, radiator, brakes, power commander, pegs, turn signals, just about everything for a bike! "Couldn't even think of it all & didn't feel like pulling crates of parts out".

This bike is very fast and has tons of power compared to other 1000cc bikes I have ridden. If you have any questions about the bike feel free to call or text me anytime. I can always answer texts, but if I am unable to answer your call please leave a message and I will get back to you.

Phone: 864-683-6568
I don't mind people calling late at night, I am usually up till 2-3am.

History of the RC51-Superbike
The RC51 which was made by Honda is a superbike that was produced in the early 2000's to keep up with the Ducati's. This bike is very powerful and is not like the other i4's; the RC51 was designed specifically for racing and getting it down to the ground and coming out first in front of the pack. This model RC51 bike won the Superbike World Championship in 2000 & in 2002, putting the Ducati behind.

The engine is a 999cc dual overhead cam V-Twin with two 50lb fuel injectors & four valves per cylinder. The power is delivered to the rear wheel by a close-ratio, six-speed transmission.

0-60 in 2.8 seconds.
The factory racing edition RC51 put out 185 bhp or more.

I had pretty much the same bike a couple years ago except it was an 04 I am thinkin. It was a blast to ride with loads of torque.
