GMP Diecast Hot Rod Cruise-In May 9th

"On May 9th, we are having our annual GMP Hot Rod show. Last year a few 5.0s actually showed including a Saleen. It's a great mix of cars. We even have food - the usual hot dogs, hamburgers, chips, drinks, etc. Our first show was last year and just under 200 cars showed up. It's not a gigantic show but it's a neat local cruise day. A few local hot rod builders showed up as well. We also let everybody tour the facility so you can see the warehouse, the offices, and the lobby where some of our past models are on display."

I think this would be a cool event to attend. Just think a nice cruise down I-85, check out some cool hot rods and muscle cars, and those awesome diecasts, and have fun with SEFB Members.

This will also be our GA area meeting/GTG so ALL you GA members in and around the greater Atlanta Area COME ON OUT and meet each other and some of the other members of SEFB!!!!

Hey guys the GMP 2nd annual hot rod show is coming up quick. I'll bring my 88GT of course being it's my driver. I was hoping to have the 85 Notch in paint and then we were gonna hoist the engine in and trailer it over but paint got pushed out until end of May. I should have the GT prepped to go though. Just put on 17x9s out back with some 275s, got new 1/4 windows going in and tint trying to get it ready. Hope a few of you Fox Body guys can come out and hang out for a bit.

Hey guys, was hoping to have more than just one fox body parked next to my GT at the show. But hey, Rook made it and scored a $20 GMP diecast fox body model just becuase there was no box. Rook brought his clean GT out and pulled in. Thanks for coming, hopefully we can get a couple more guys with fox bodies next year.

This is a REAL Lola race car "Bardahl Special" that we actually produced a model of. This guy drove the Lola to the show up route 85 - Wow!

Yea, I'm sorry also Johnny, I had to ride along with Kevin to the top of NC to pick up his newest Foxbody. We will be there next year for sure!!!
