What's the most cost effect way of upgrading them while still keeping my 4-lug setup?

Contact Henrod. He bought a set of Rotor Pros Cross Dilled and Slotted Rotors from em along with Hawk Pads. He then purchased an 04 Cobra Brake set up so they are for sale at a very reasonable price.
