The correct way to set your idle and TPS taks a little time, but it will make your Fox much happier.

If you will First unplug the battery for 20-30 minutes, it will reset all of the trims that the car has learned. Then make sure that the Air Idle bypass motor is clean. Next unplug the Air idle bypass and adjust the stop screw on the bottom of the TB. Start the car, and adjust this set screw untill you get the motor to idle at 900-1000 RPM. Once you have the car at this idle, turn off the motor and plug the Air Idle Bypass motor back in. Restart the car without touching the throttle. If all is happy, the motor will start and idle around 2000 for just a second or so, and then work back down to the correct idle.
Now if the motor is still not happy, check the return voltage wire on the TPS (green) this must below 1.0 volt. If this is correct, you will need to look futher for other problems. If the voltage is to high, you will need to losen the screws that hold the TPS in place and move it slightly to see if you can get the voltage down below 1.0. If need be, you might have to remove the TPS and enlarge the hole to get enough movement to get the target voltage. Be carefull when you remove and replace the TPS, as it is possible to"turn " the TPS to WOT when you install it. If you do this, you will know :lol1: Been there have the shirt.....
