KYB shocks on the rear of my car. Ride Sucks

Granted its been 5 years since I drove my mustang, It had subframe connectors, and Eibach drag springs. The ride wasn't bad. Now the car has big KYB shocks on the rear, and where the quad shocks were. The car feels real tight back there, but wow the ride sucks. Is this normal?

I have kyb on the front of my 67 camaro, and it doesn't ride like that, is why I was wondering.
