99 cobra donor for a fox?

I am swapping the drivetrain from a 99 cobra to my 90 notch and was wondering what all wiring I will need for the swap? Also considering the dash swap aswell still kicking the idea around but leaning tords it the more I see them in the foxbody's. If I were to do the dash swap can I use the stock heater box or do I have to swap that out also?

Door panels will not be a direct swap. Gonna need some fab skills there!
