I need some help from you guys. I got all my other issues figured out and the only one I have now is my air bag light is blinking. My horn is working and the light blinks 9 times. My car is a 1990 model and I am hoping that some of you can help. Any suggestions what it could be? Thanks in advance.:thumbsup1:

On occasion like the Crown Vic's because of the check engine lights. If you disconnect the battery for a few minutes it sometimes will reset the computer and system

That just clears the code, it doesn't fix anything, he still has a problem, airbag system is a prove out system, it tests every time you turn the key on. What was the horn problem??? I will look up a 9 code and see if I can find out...

What it probably means is the Crash sensor.....which should be located in the front of the vehicle either has an open circuit or high resistance in the sensor itself.....could be a bad crash sensor......or wiring concern. need to check it out or have it checked

Get a new/used/known good center crash sensor and plug it in, bolt it up and see if the light goes out.
