Cowl piece and seatbelt piece

I need the plastic cowl piece for 88 gt. Also, my seatbelt will not wind back up so i need to get this fixed. Do i need the whole seat belt or what. Let me kno

I've got a parts car at a body shop I work at part time I think the seat belts are gray I'll check tomorrow and let you know.I think I have a spare plastic cowl I'll check on that also.

I have the seatbelt and it works,I'll take 20.00 for it,I also have a couple of plastic cowls there not perfect if you want I can send pics and price of each one
