ok i just finished a 306 turbo in my coupe. i know it is just a matter of time before the stock block gives up. im trying to get a windsor together before that happens. i have found a fresh from the machine shop 30 over 351. it has a new stock crank in it. no rods or piston. once the 306 block busts, i am going to replace it with a 351 with the goal being 600-650 whp. is the 351 windsor block and stock crank good for that horsepower level. thanks.

At 600-650 it should be ok. My old 357ci with a Vortech YS trim (at 12-13 psi) made 628 rwhp.
Stock roller 351 block,stock crank,stock rods(shot peened,arp bolts) and forged pistons.
Never had any trouble.

600 to 650 should not be a problem for the W block and crankshaft
