Are foxes supposed to have body colored upper door jams or satin black to match the window frame?
Thanks

Black! If you stand back and look you will see from the mirror to the quarter window its all black. Kind of like a triangle with the top cut off

Thanks y'all, thats what I thought. I've found alot of questionable paint work in some areas by the previous owner so I wanted to be sure.

my entire paint job is questionable... i think my gt's previous owner was parcially blind, or didnt know what they were doing. paint key holes, glass mouldings, door jams, everything. even the doorglass felt trim. not to mention i think they only layed one coat then cleared it cause ive chipped paint using the pressure washer:thumbsdown1:. lol lucky me

That sucks man, but that is good ole fashion bad prep work right there. I'll bet the paint underneath the spot you made with the pressure washer is just as shiney as the rest of the paint on the car isn't it?
If it is, they just did not sand it properly, if they sanded at all.:thumbsdown1:

Im in the progress of having mine sentcto paint. And the only way to have it done right is to remove it all yourself. All the trim including the upper door jam is a satin black, not gloss. I have seen folks take all that time to remove it then paint it gloss black and it just looks really cheap. Especially around the rear 1/4 glasses for those hatch and notch cars.
