This may seem like a stupid question, but its one I had. On my fox, the windshield wipers are mighty short and seems that there is alot of area not being covered by them. Its especially bad at night. They need replacing anyway, but do you think it would cause any kind of overload on the wiper motor or anything else if I went with a longer blade? Thanks.

It shouldnt make that big of a difference if you go with a longer blade

Only other concern would be them somehow catching one another, but they'd have to be purdy big for that to happen LOL !

Thanks for the thoughts and comments. I'm sure ya'll have noticed the same when it rains. Its hard to see especially at night, and I thought this may be something to help that out a little. I have noticed alot of space around the "wiper path" and that it could easily use blades I thought a couple inches longer and not hit the roof or each other. But was unsure if it could possibly cause any other problem.

I got the Rainx lattitude in my car with rainx on the wind sheild so im good, no prob here. But i did pay 25 for each of them which was gay, they came out about the same time i bought my car, so yea i spend 50 bucks on windsheild wippers and they are worth every penny!
