Strawberry Convertible??

Did Ford ever make a Strawberry Convertible? I've been trying to decide on a color for my car and now that I have black wheels I need to work around them. My car is Dove Gray now but I'm bored with it. I was going to go White or Silver but, I got the bright idea the other day maybe Stawberry would look good and the Strawberry coupes are by far my favorite car. If anyone would happen to have a pic of a Strawberry vert or even a coupe for that matter post it up please....

You could always paint it Electric Red like my old vert was.

I have a great memory of Strawberry Coupe from back when they were new. I'm thinking Black top and Black wheels should look good with the color.

They did.... my friend Brian that's not on the website has a 92 LX vert that's Wild Strawberry.

Wild Strawberry was offered for three years 1990, 1991 and 1992.

1990: LX 5.0 'verts:, 516 GT 'verts: 856

1991: LX 5.0 'verts: 556, GT 'verts: 544

1992: LX 5.0 'verts: 327, GT 'verts: 266

That's just over 3,000 total but I'm not 100% sure I've ever seen one in person.

theres a guy over on corral that has a build thread going on his strawberry vert right now. check it out. my car is a wild strawberry coupe. the color is AMAZING.in every light, the color looks different. in the sun, it looks sexy as hell.

good looking car. If I can get my money right I believe this is the color I'm going to do. After looking at the pics of the vert with the gray interior I'm not so sure how I like it. I guess I'm gonna have to get some black interior parts.
