BG and Ponydown are both Turbo kit companies. They are completely different than superchargers.

Thats a loaded question...
give us a run down of the mods done so far along with your overall goals of the car.
someone will be able to help you out a little better that way. :thumbsup1:

Like was said above you need to sit down and determine what your goals are for the car. If you just start buying parts you will most likely end up with a non running car and a pile of parts you cant sell for half of what you have in them.

Slow down for a minute. Need some details of what you have and want you want out of it. If there was a "best" everyone would be running the exact same setup.

That's fine to run a pretty stock engine with the turbo setup. It'll do fine setup correctly.
With the intercooler setup I'd feel safe with 12-14 psi. That's long as you use decent head gaskets and some good head bolts. This is of course assuming you have someone tune it and have plenty of fuel.
With the engine that stock try to stick to a .68 sized exhaust housing on the turbo. It'll help it spool faster with the stock'ish engine.
You'd be surprised what even a little 60 or 62 mm turbo would do!
Just a Walbro GSS340 intank pump and 42's will get you pretty far fuel wise.
If it were me though I'd go ahead and do 60's so you wont have to upgrade again down the road. Can always add a GSL392 inline pump also for more fuel system capacity.

I run a ponydown hotside and love it! It takes a few weeks to get the parts once you order them cause they are made to order, but their customer service and knowledge of product are top notch.
I have no experience with B&G
