I am building a 331 stroker motor and I am using a Eagle rotating assembly with I-Beam rods. I have been told that i dont need to notch the block for this application. Just wanted to make sure this was correct before getting started, and while the block is still at the machine shop.
Thanks

Hopefully the guy doing the machine work checks that. If not find another shop.

i would say that the engine builder will now when he drops the rods in and spins the crank. most of the time they do need to be notched slightly.
