If I take them out, can I reuse them? And if so, other than very carefully, how do I get them out w/o desrtoying them?

you CAN reuse them if there in good shape, i believe LMR sells them too.
alot of times they'll start to rust between the cowl metal an the cup.

Very little rust and not dry rotted but I'll price some new ones anyways. Thanks Shawn
