since i've done the swap i have no brake pedal. it goes to the floor and then you pump it a couple of times and it will get a little pedal. I have a master cylinder off of a 93 cobra that i'm gonna install somtime tomorrow. Do you think maybe the brake booster needs to be changed too?

Is it loosing fluid??? If it is its a leak, if not probally could use a bleed or maybe a bigger bore master cylinder to get more fluid flow. Take a look on Google at MJBobbit, I think his website has numerous brake upgrades and fixes.

Just a quick thought here. The pedal was good before the swap? Assuming Yes, then did you accidently swithc the Calipers? With the Caliper properly Mounted, The Bleeder Screw needs to be at the top of the Caliper. If it is not, the Air Rises and with the bleeder on the bottom, it will push clean fluid and appear to have no air. I have seen this before that is whay I ask!

the calipers could have got mixed up, if i am not mistaken the bleeder screw is on the bottom. i will check it in the morning before i take it to the paint shop. Also everything worked fine before i did the swap

The bleeder MUST be on the top, swap them side to side and recheck it.
