What is the biggest TB I can fit on a stock square intake? 65-70mm that 45mm just ain't cutting it.

You won't really gain anything from a bigger throttle body. You might if you were pushing 25psi and putting out 500hp

I read that I'm just doing it so I dont have a down size in piping I'm gonna gut my upper and port the lower.

Ford racing 65mm is what I have and I gained 10 hp at the wheels but I had to place a spacer between the lower and upper intake manifold so the throttle wouldn't hit the valve cover. Also the tb has to be mounted upside down.

You will need to use a 1995 cobra Throttle position sensor.
