My friend has the GT40's with the Stage 1 cam with 1.7 rockers, and Cobra intake. The car runs very strong.:yes1:
You have to upgrade the springs in the heads.

I have GT40P heads, exploder intake(gt40) & a TFS Stage 1 cam & TFS springs. I'm still running the stock rockers (for now) though. It pulls quite strong. Its got a nice lope to boot!
tfs makes a valve spring kit that will work with iron heads. dual sptings, seals, retainers, locks, ect. summit wants 140 for it plus ship... ive got on you can have for $100.

Cool thanks for the info, Im dealing with this guy off of another Forum for my heads. Funny this is i sent him the payment and i haven't heard anything back from him in a couple days and i have sent him a couple PM's. So hopefully he sends or sent me them, but if all else fails i used paypal so i would go that route to get my money back.'
If they do come through I'll PM you about those springs!

finally got my heads Christmas eve, and the casting number is F3ZE AA so im just wondering what is the combustion chamber size on these. I would like to mill them down to reach a 9.5:1 compression ratio. So does anyone have this done that could lead me in the right direction. Once again im using the TFS1 cam and TFS spring kit to match it.
