Decided my wheels just didn't look good enough for MW. So, I decided to paint them. I think they turned out really well despite Sam's Club's tech screwing them up and putting some scratches on them.

Cleaning the wheels:

Can't really tell by the pics, but the wheels clearcoat was coming off and they were discolored.

After sanding:

After primer:

The final product (I didn't get a pic of them after the silver was sprayed on, but they looked like a cheap chrome paint and I was like uh oh. Then Robert (slonomo) strongly suggested a clearcoat, so we went and got a satin clearcoat. They look **** near factory after the clearcoat. Thanks Robert! :patriot:

Now I think I'm ready for MW!

Thanks for the compliments. I hope they hold up for awhile. I have roughly $20 or so in the material. The labor on the other hand was alot. Pretty much took me a full day.

Looks good, I've painted a few sets that way. If it was prepped well, it'll hold up for awhile!
