MB Mustang week off to a good start

We made it to Planet HollyWood today for the meet & greet,lots of Mustangs but not as many Fox bodies as expected but I'm sure more will arrive by the end of the week,tried to get my car in the display area but parking was very limited and what spaces left were taking up by people in chairs setting beside there car???? Saw a couple of the new 5.0 cars and the newest RaceCraft 420S ,nice but I'll stick to my old Fox!! All in all had a great time and took lots of pics.Looking forward to going to Darlington Thrusday,we have raced at the track many times but never been during Mustang week so that will be a new experience for us.If things go well we may enter the car show Friday

There was one wicked notch back 5 spd ,if not mistaken it was maroon in color and could not stop spinning,each time he shifted and tried to give it full throttle it would go into a spin in every gear down the track,cannot remember the exact time on the car in the qtr but it was quick considering loss of traction. There were several notch backs that color,here is a pic of one of the cars but not sure if it was the car in question.I really hate the fact the guys car cought on fire at the end of the track,didn't get a chance to see how bad it was damaged.

I made it the Darlington Dragway event. I had a great time, it was a nice track, but it was hot & the track was slick. I could not get my car to hook at all, but I still had a good time.
