I guess I should count myself lucky... I was a little frustrated this morning while chasing an intermittent driveability issue on my 90 F-150, but I have been able to spend the WHOLE day with my helper ( Georgia my 2 1/2 year old Daughter ) by my side the entire time ! Life is good, and we've certainly had fun ! NTM that it appears that this new version of SEFB has really taken off like a shot ! :thumbsup1::thumbsup1::thumbsup1:

Thanks ! :) She likes to stay glued to me when I'm at home for my 2 weeks off. Time flies though, and next thing you know I'm headed back to the boat for a month ARGH ! :sad1:

Thats great that you got to spend the day with your daughter.:yes1: Savor the time while they're young before they grow up. They grow up way to fast.

Very much the truth right there ! They're 10 and 2 1/2, and it seems like yesterday that the 10yo was 2 1/2 LOL ! They're both already talking about what kind of Stangs they want HAHA !!! :thumbsup1:

I can relate, when I work on my GT it takes 3 times longer than by myself with Emily and Landon running over to my toolbox and coming over to help out.......good thing to teach them young, thats how my dad got me into this!

Awww, that's sweet. I used to be my Daddy's shadow when he was working on his 1970 LTD. I know I slowed him down, but he was very patient explaining things to me. Those are some wonderful memories for me!

I actually had the opportunity to learn a lot more and start younger, but for some strange reason ( me being hardheaded LOL ! ) I didn't want to hang out with Dad when I was young, so I had to learn it all on my own after becoming an adult. OH the time and knowledge I wasted ! I want to ensure that my kids never have to say that...

My "little girl" is 24 now. Talk about time flying. I was on second shift when she was small so I didn't get to spend much time with her. I hate it :angry:but there was nothing I could do about it, I had to have a job and that was the best thing going at the time.

I'll bet she's excited. My 10yo just started 4th grade, and I had a hard time explaining to the 2yo that she wasn't supposed to go to school yet LOL !
