Here is a video

Well this is how my day yesterday started. I went to work yesterday at 7pm. I got off this morning at 7am. I got around a 45 minute drive from Oconee Nuclear Station to my house. I stopped at hwy 81 and hwy 85 and got some gas and something to drink to keep me awake unitll I got home which is around 5 minutes from there. Well around a mile or less from my house I decided to fall asleep as I went out of a small curve. While still asleep I went across the road threw a bobwire fence and between two pine tress and down a small embankment. I then woke up just as I was about to hit the water. Well the next thing I know SPLASH!!!!!! The car had to fill up with water before I could get out. There was a guy driving by as I was getting out and helped me out of the pond. I went to the ER because my blood pressure was 180/130 which is very high. After spending all day in the ER they sent me home. Well I haven't went to look at the stang yet but I doubt it going to look good. These pics and video were took by a good friend of mine that owns the tow company that towed it. So far I'm out a cell phone, pager for work, 40g Ipod, several hundred dollars in CD's, $100 in cash, and several items I needed for work. Not to think about how much damage to the car. But at least I'm still kicking and I can always replace the stang.

Super Pretty !!!!! lol

I didnt get air like that thank goodness. I went by a few minutes ago and looked at it and there is still 5-6 inches of water in the floor, mud everywhere. I pulled the dipstick out and there is water in the oil, the intake where the filter is was full so I know the engine is full of water so I'm sure the trans is too. I got to talk to the ins company tomorrow so wish me luck. I feel this nice black cloud that is over my house right now. But the bright side is I'm ok

Thanks guys and gals. Like Carolina Girl said you can't replace me :hi::hi:

Anyway yea Kelly you will be the one I will be calling if I need to go "NECK" on sombody. So far so good I talked to my claims adjuster today and she was real nice. Got the ball rolling on the adjuster coming out in the next day or so. Got me set up in a rental, and beleve it or not its not a bad car, it's a 07 Chrylser Serbring 4dr with sat radio. Maybe that will keep me awake on the way home :yes1:
Anyway other than that I have to file everything that was inside my car on my home owners ins so I will prob just bite the bullet on that and pay for that stuff out of my pocket because I don't want that to go up. And yes there is going to be a vehicle #45 but I''m not sure what I'm going to get yet. Going to wait till they figure out what they are going to do with the Amfibstang :bat: I would really like a F250 but I'm not sure yet, they have cut Michelle's hours at the hospital so I got to wait and see. Thanks for everybody loving me AAAAAAHHHHHHHH.

HOLY ****! Glad to see you're OK and it wasn't worse for you physically. Emotionally, that's another story and I really feel for ya. I'd fallen asleep and rear-ended a soccer mom once in my old beater, that scared the **** out of me when I woke up a half-second before we hit. Was only going about 10mph at best, too. Can't even imagine what you felt with this!!
