Nobody from our club, I hope!!! I know last year got kinda out of hand but I think anyone from our club that has a SEFB decal shouldnt participate in this. It makes the club look bad and it's not very safe and if it keeps going on year after year Myrtle Beach may shut Mustang Week down for good. So with that in mind we can hang out and yell do a wheelie but lets don't get in trouble for it please!!!

To you can go to the Wednesday night event at MB speedway and "do a wheelie" till you pop a tire and it'll be just fine there. Even get a prize if you do it the best. ;)

I must agree KB - Last year started out as a little fun, BUT, it won't take but just a little more of this and MB Police will start cracking down HARD! I agree with NC Stang Guy that the speedway is the place to "smoke 'em if you got 'em":thumbsup1:

I would almost go as far as ANY Members caught doing burns out or driving reckless on the public roads should receive a temp banning from the site.:yes1:

I agree bones. We had our fun last year but I've always been against people acting crazy at Mustang Week. I've been to shows where the cops are hard asses and believe me its no fun. We need to stay in there good graces Mustang Week will be a whole lot better off. But you don't have to worry about me doing one because number one the 79 WON'T and number two Ill be too drunk every night:lol1:

My car isnt a show car or anything, but I would be too afraid of wrecking my ride or worse hitting another person's ride and hurting an innocent bystander. :yes1: I say leave it for the track, I'm sure that's why they have that event in the schedule. I look forward to MW and if the police get pissed off then they will be gunnin for all....

really not to impressed by burnouts, my kids will be at this event and it just ain't wrth it in so many ways. The police are just trying to keep control and not let things get out of hand. Yall need to remember that "reckless driving" the "willful disregard for public saftey" is something you can go to jail over if they really wanted to be an ***. Like I said it's not worth all that just look at all the prior videos of screw ups. Yours and others lives are not worth it.
Oh yeah and I ment to say to that this club has gotten where it is by people acting like adults and not kids, don't let that get thrown out the window.

I thought I heard once there's even a moving violation for excellerating too fast?? Even if there's no burnout or speeding ABOVE the limit, if you get to the limit too quickly in the LEO's judgement he can cite you. True??

Careless and Reckless and Reckless Endangerment.
You will not receive one of those tickets, if you take off from a light and get to the quoted speed limit quick, without anything crazy happening also.
They can try and get you with a "exhibition of power" ticket. But without spinning the tires, etc, it will get thrown out of court.

Last year was fun but i agree if things like this keep happening there will be know more MW. By the grace of god last year know one lost control of there car and hit anyone standing on the sidewalks. I know there was numerous kids out there so am thankful nothing did happen. Am sure there will fun without burnouts. There will plenty of frogs and other insects so KB will keep us entertained:lol1:

I will play devils advocate here. I just brought it up because it was in good fun. Not to turn it into a discussion about the do(s) and don't(s) of anyone's judgement. It is all testosterone anyway......
You are going to see it regardless if it is a member or not, and if I remember correctly it was not a "member" that started it, it was a few "members" that felt they could do better than what was displayed driving by.......just saying.
carry on...

Agreed you will see it anyway, and i will laugh my *** off when that person goes to jail for it. As for any of us i was just saying act like responsible people that we should be but hey if you want to act like a horses *** then please do so just keep it away from my family.

Yeah it was all good and fun but like everyone said keep our club name clean and show them we are down to have a good time and not mess mustang week up for everyone else. We got a great group of people on here and they all know what is right.

I agree, lets have fun, but don't do anything stupid and watch all the others that don't care, wreck there cars and get arrested. Hey, if they for some reason do away with mustang week one day ( lets hope they don't), we could start a SEFB week.:yes1: Just a thought.

Why the personal attack? I was stating facts. Everyone was having a good time and getting a kick out of it. I understand all about being responsible and doing the right thing. Really.......personal attack.....
