Please pray for Mike and his family...

Everyone please keep Mike's (Wick22) dad in your prayers. He went to the doc and they called him back with the results yesterday and told him to get to the ER immediately because of an abnormality in his heart. He already has 7 stints and has had 5 heart attacks. They ran a bunch of tests and this Friday he is going in for a heart catheter. Please just keep them all in your prayers :pray:.....


....also pray for Mike...he decided he needed a whole in his hand. :rolleyes: He accidently drilled a hole in his right hand while working on his car and is in a lot of pain :thumbsdown1:

thanks everybody...i tell ya my dad can be a real pain in the a** half the time but he is my hero and always will be. hes playin it all off like its no big deal but im worried they wont just be able to put in more stints in his arteries and he will need bypass surgery

im also worried that hes been dodging the bullet and they keep patching him up and one day they wont be able to.........im terrified at this point to be honest

i love him and i will be lost if something were to happen to him. weve always been pretty close when he and my mother divorced and she left he raised us and did the best he could and provided for me and my brother and sister

i pray god is looking over him.....but its always been a joke in my family that hes a old fart and hes way to mean to die hahaha

Hope everything works out for ya both. I know first hand (no pun intended) about the waiting during heart bypass. My dad had it done in Jan and believe me it is scarey as hell for those of us waiting for info, but the reality is that is a common operation these days and dad feels so much better than before the op. I hope he doesn't need it but if he does it really isn't as bad as ya think. Hope the hand feels better too. That wound looked vicious.

Ok well....Mike's dad seems to be doing well. They replaced one of the stints and he is supposed to be coming home today (Sunday) just in time for Father's Day :thumbsup1:

yeah the ole man is doin great...i cant say the same for my hand it seems to be gettin worse ive lost feeling in the top of my hand and in 2 fingers. i may be goin to see a hand doctor soon if it doesnt improve
