Home page difference when not logged in and when logged in [Archive]

When I am not logged in and go to SEFB home page.......there is tons of info and such as the SEFB FOTM, recent post and history of SEFB and other things.....when I am logged in and go to the home page.....the only thing I see is the logo and history of SEFB and who is on........my question is why the difference??

It's not just the HOME page that's different, but check this out...ALL POSTS have a time stamp that would be had we not had the TIME CHANGE. Then you log on, and BINGO...correct time shows.

This post is being posted approx 8:19 EST...it will show correctly if you're logged on, but if you're just viewing, it will show 9:19 :)
