for the restrictor for the heater core i went to order my heater core and ford didnt show it on there system ive seen it here and now cant find it thanks :thumbsup1:

The part # is correct.
Part # E7VY-18D358-A,. So happens Fords call this part a control assembly that we call a restrictor.

They call it a 18D358. That would be the basic number. Restrictor, control, etc, what ever you want to call it, I don't even have one in my car??? Whats it supposed to do?? Never had one, don't plan on buying one unless it nesscary.

Reduce coolant flow from the lines going to the heater core. Maybe they ( engineers ) were trying to make the heater cores last longer ?!?! LOL !

yes its suspose to reduce the flow/pressure to the core to make it last longer and draw out more heat and thanks yall
