View Full Version : Floor pan replacement

whats the easiest way to do it? should i cut the old ones away or just clean up the bad spots and put the new ones on top of it? one friend even suggested the idea of fiberglassing the holes and leaving it alone there.... just tell me what you guys think. Thanks!

i would replace the whole thing. thats what were doing on a friends 85.

im going to cut out the bad spots and put the new pans over top of whats left that way i'll know that i have enough to weld to. thanks for your input!!

I have been there before it is a pain to work on I won't do it again and the replacement pans are very thin I actually just bought some sheet metal and put it in good luck
