hey i have a 5 lug conversion all around disc breaks and i was wondering if the stock big single piston caliper was good enough to keep or if it would be a much better to install a diff type i have heard that 99-04 calipers are dual pistons if this is true would they bolt right up to my sn95 spindles? im looking for a cheap upgrade so don't recommend baer or willwood or brembro lol im poor

The PBR dual piston 99-04 calipers(gt and v6 have the same PBR calipers 99-04) are nice if you are wanting to stay with the 11" front rotors and the SN95 spindles. It takes some very minor clearancing on the 94-95 spindles for the caliper to clear. Not much to it at all. I have 04' GT calipers and 94-95 spindles on my 90 coupe. Clamping force of the 2 piston PBR caliper is better than the 94-98 single pistons iron caliper and probably a bit lighter as they are aluminum.

now i want to find a set of used ones i dont care if they are mechanicaly shot as long as the the bleeder vaulve comes out cause im going to powder coat them but the only way to do it good is to tear it apart and then rebuild it after powder coating
